Matt King

Originally from Dallas, Matt “Flat” King attended Abilene Christian University where he played football and earned a BA in Communication. He relocated to Lake Tahoe in 1988 to do the “mountain thing”. In ‘92 he made his way south to Mission Beach, and never looked back.

Matt grew up in construction. His father was a commercial general contractor and his uncle was a home builder. He has built and owned multiple homes and resides now in the home he built for his family in the beach community for 15 years. Matt’s children attend Muirlands Middle School and La Jolla High and his adoring wife, Melissa, (AKA Ms. King), teaches 5th grade at Bird Rock Elementary.

Matt lives and breathes customer service. His success is based exclusively on positive referrals from satisfied clients. He has earned their respect, by his relentless work ethic, excellent communication, and follow-through. Most important to Matt, is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers, in order to earn trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Thanks to the help of family, friends, clients, and his experience in sales and customer service, he has been able to help numerous families buy and sell real estate. Matt is a Multi-million dollar producer and never too busy for his clients.
