Summer Winkler

With over twenty years of real estate experience, holding licenses in both California and Texas, and being BPO certified, Summer continues to succeed in the real estate industry no matter the obstacle. As an active, full time Realtor Summer brings a variety of experience to the real estate transaction.

Born and raised in Plano, TX Summer began her real estate career in new construction and had the opportunity to work for the nation’s largest and most profitable home builders. In 2005, Summer moved to California obtaining her real estate license and began to immediately buy and sell real estate eventually specializing in short sales and advance her career into commercial property management with Gianoulus Property Management.

In 2008, Summer moved back to Texas rejoining the Texas real estate market. As Summer progressed, her sales narrowed in the Heath and Rockwall areas. By using the knowledge she’s learned over the years, Summer is better able to serve her clients whether they are buying, selling or leasing a home. Summer lives in Heath, TX with her husband and 3 children and enjoys gardening, boating and spending time with her friends and family.
